Two latest updates regarding dual-use goods: Annex I, Regulation 2021/821 and CN/BDU correlation table.
1. Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/821
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1 of 20 October 2021 amending Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of dual-use items.
This regulation was published in the OJEU L3 of 06 January 2022 and enters into force today (7 January).
2. Update of the CN/dual use correlation table
The correlation table between customs codes (Combined Nomenclature) and dual-use codes has been updated on 04 January 2022.
This table is only indicative and does not exempt operators from carrying out a classification analysis of their products in accordance with the applicable regulations.
